Refund policy

At Lift & Fit Gear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully pleased with your order, we're here to make things right.

Return Conditions

You can request a return within 30 days from receiving your item. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packed in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Digital or e-gift cards

EU Customers – 14-Day Cancellation

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU-based customers may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused and in saleable condition.

Return Process

Contact us via support@liftandfitgear.co.uk before returning anything. We'll guide you through the next steps and issue any necessary documentation. Return shipments must be arranged through authorised couriers.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 48 hours. Include order details and clear photos. We'll investigate and offer a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing takes 5–7 business days

  • Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the item is defective

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return postage. We can help you access reduced shipping rates with DPD, DHL, and FedEx.
